Yes, you can upload your prescription upon checkout, email to info@quinric.com, or call us with you presciprtion info at 800-478-9100 so we can verify your prescription and send your order out ASAP.

Quinric will send out all orders within 2 business days, and will ship priority, 2-3 business days, for transit. Sometimes shipping can take longer if the order is pending a required prescription from your provider.

OVERVIEW

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

PLEASE NOTE: For products such as Oxygen Concentrators, CPAP and BiPAP Machines, Batteries for Oxygen Concentrators, Filters and Masks the following applies: If the package has a factory seal, it should be sealed to be eligible for return. We cannot process a return on an opened product due to obvious hygienic and health reasons. Only exception to this rule is when the product is defective from the factory.
